Flying restart function: New automatic flying restart mode for operation with FAST Motion (from V2.10.12)

Function extension:
The flying restart function already available in the i700 servo inverter has been improved.
When operating the i700 in the Lenze system (Lenze controller and FAST Motion), the flying restart function can now be used without applicative adaptations in the PLC program. So far, initially, a handshake with retrieval of the detected actual speed had to be programmed in the PLC program to coordinate the synchronisation process.
Now, the Motion axis in the control system and the i700 are automatically coordinated via the status control and the existing process data.
In the i700, first only the flying restart function is started when the controller is enabled. The 'Switched on' state only changes to the 'Operation enabled' state after the actual speed has been detected. The detected actual speed is now also transferred via the objects contained in the PDO mapping so that it is immediately available in the AxisRef of the Motion axis. In this way, the further start-up procedure can be the same as for a motor with feedback.
The flying restart function previously available remains available and can be used in parallel.

Contained in which products?
i700 servo inverter,  series devices (V02.x):  from V02.10.12.11906
                                  existing devices (V01.x):  from V01.10.12.11905

Application:
The flying restart function is only required for V/f characteristic control and motors without feedback system. It is used to determine the actual speed of a coasting motor before connecting the drive controller to avoid possible current and torque surges or even overcurrent interferences.
