Response of the new version:
The inverter now behaves as expected in connection with the detection of faults in the connection to the encoder.
The cause of the described behaviour is an internal process in the control of the state changes and the source of the error has been eliminated accordingly.
What happens?
Encoder feedback system:
After the detection of faults in the connection to the encoder, the inverter sporadically does not change to the fault state or the fault state is incorrectly exited again.
When does the behaviour occur?
i950 with encoder module and
Hiperface absolute encoder, e.g.: SRM50
