External control reports invalid process data - Profinet does not start sporadically (corrected from V1.9)

Corrected from:
Cabinet Controller c520 V1.9
Cabinet Controller c550 V1.9

Response of the new version:
The Profinet starts successfully after switching on the controller.

What happens?
Sporadically after switching on, the Profinet process data in the higher-level external controller (e.g. Siemens PLC) are marked as invalid, although the configuration in the Lenze controller c520 or c550 is error-free. The Profinet process data transfer does not start.

When does the behaviour occur?
The behaviour was observed more frequently when the external controller is ready for operation before the c520 or c550 controller.

Which products are affected?
Cabinet Controller c520 ab V1.0
Cabinet Controller c550 ab V1.0

Short-term measures:
If the function restriction occurs, restart the PLC processing in the Lenze controller, e.g. by cycling power of the Lenze controller.

Evaluation / recommendations:
If the Lenze controller is connected to a higher-level controller via Profinet, the Profinet will sporadically not start after switching on the machine due to this functional restriction.
