i950 ES: SLS (Safety limited speed) controllable via internal source (from V01.01.01)

Function extension:
The safety functions "Safety limited speed SLS1 to SLS4" can also be controlled via an internal source from this safety firmware version. The status of any safety function can be parameterized as an internal source. The control can be inverted via a parameter. 
The parameter for the assignment and level setting of the internal source for SLS1 to SLS4 is 0x28BF:001 to 008.
