Resolver compensation: Extended possibilities of activation (from V01.06.04)
Function extension:
Resolver compensation:
Systematic measurement errors occur with every resolver due to electrical and mechanical tolerances of the resolver and the evaluation electronics. With the help of the resolver compensation function, the existing individual inaccuracies of the determined rotor position are detected in the course of one revolution in order to compensate for them as best as possible. This significantly increases the accuracy of the actual values. As a result, the tendency of the drive system to oscillate is reduced, the ripple in the torque curve is significantly reduced and the running smoothness is improved.
The function is switched on by factory setting (recommended).
If required, it can be deactivated under parameter 0x2C44:11 so that the values from 0x2C44:1, 0x2C44:2 and 0x2C44:3 are used as before.
