MOL: Function optimisation of the commissioning function MOL (as of V01.06.04)

Commissioning function MOL (Manual Open Loop operation):
The following parameters of the MOL function can now be changed/written even when the controller is enabled:
0x2C67:05 MOL mode: Starting angle 1 and
0x2C67:15 MOL mode: Starting angle 2
When the MOL function/mode is active (controller enabled), writing to the above 'Starting angle' parameters only causes a change in the commutation angle if the corresponding MOL frequency is equal to 0.0 Hz:
0x2C67:02 MOL mode: Frequency 1
0x2C67:12 MOL mode: Frequency 2
