L_MC1P_BrakeTest: Test run is aborted with error message (corrected from V03.24.00)

Corrected from:
Library:  L_MC1P_MotionControlBasic  (FAST Motion)  from V03.24.00
                (Update via Package-Manager)

Response of the new version:
After the brake is applied, the following test step is now started with a delay of approx. 150 ms, so that the brake test function is no longer terminated as described.

What happens?
L_MC1P_BrakeTest: The brake test function is aborted and an error message is output.

The cause was found to be a too dense sequence of the required test steps.
When the brake is closed and the load is taken over by the brake, a minimal compensating movement inevitably occurs due to the release of existing torsion. In the immediately following test step, this small speed is interpreted as a slip of the brake and the brake test is aborted as described.

When does the behaviour occur?
  • Use of the brake test function on an active load, e.g. a hoist.
Which products are affected?
