L_MC4P: State of auxiliary axes now conforming to PLCopen (from V03.22.00)

Function extension:
The auxiliary axes now change to the 'SynchronizedMotion' state in accordance with the PLCopen standard, so that all axes now behave in accordance with PLCopen (auxiliary axes, drive axes (ACS) and main axes (WCS)).
According to PLCopen, all axes of an axis group change to the 'SynchronizedMotion' state when the axis group is moved by a coordinated movement.
Auxiliary axes were previously only in the 'SynchronizedMotion' state if they were involved in the movement (i.e. AuxAxis.lrSetVelocity <> 0).
