Response of the new version:
The base velocity in the blocked direction is not moved at the TM. The warning eErrorID = 17190 'InvalidBaseVelocity' is set at the output of the TM.
What happens?
The slave axis rotates with the basic speed "lrSetBaseVel" in the saved direction.
When does the behaviour occur?
Via the parameterization eAllowedDirection = 1 (positive) the positive direction of rotation is enabled and consequently the negative direction of rotation is disabled.
With the setting lrSetBaseVel < 0 the basic speed is requested in the negative direction.
Which products are affected?
FAST Technology Modules V2:
L_TS2P_ElectronicGearboxBase
L_TS2P_SyncAndCorrectionState
from the library: L_TS2P_TechModulesSynchronizingCamming V3.21.0.82
Short-term measures:
The setting of the basic speed in the locked direction must not be scah to the TM. The following auxiliary functions may be used:
- TM.lrSetBaseVel := MAX(lrSetBaseVel ,0) for positive and
- TM.lrSetBaseVel := MIN(lrSetBaseVel ,0) for negative enabled direction of rotation.
Evaluation/Recommendations:
Taking into account the short-term measure, it is possible to prevent the slave axis from moving in the blocked direction from the application action. The function of the basic speed in the enabled direction of rotation is given.
