Pollage identification (PLI-360° / PLI min. movement): Incorrect line number of the motor encoder (0x2C03:1) can cause the motor to run up (corrected from V01.05.02)
Corrected from:
Servo inverter i950 FW: from V01.05.02.1788
Response of the new version:
During pollage identification, the influence of the EMF feedforward is now deactivated by keeping the EMF feedforward value at 0V.
The described behaviour does not occur any more.
What happens?
During execution of the pollage identification, an excessively large EMF feedforward value is calculated for the current controllers, which can cause the motor to accelerate uncontrollably.
When does the behaviour occur?
Execution of the pollage identification (PLI-360° / PLI min. movement) and
the encoder line count (0x2C42:1, 0x3442:1) is erroneously set much too large, greater than four times the actual line count of the encoder.
Which products are affected?
Servo inverter i950 FW
Short-term measures / Evaluation/ Recommendations: During execution of the PLI, set the EMF constant (0x2C03:1) to 0.
Then reset the EMF constant (0x2C03:1) to the previously existing value.
