Actual position resolution 0x608F:1: Chanmge is not accepted (corrected from V01.02.03)

Response of the new version:
A change of 0x608F:001 has an immediate effect as expected.

 
 What happens?

After an online change of the actual position resolution of a revolution Pos. Encoder resolution: Encoder increments 0x608F:001, the drive moves at an unexpected speed and positioning is not effected with the expected distance. 
After restarting the i950, the movement is effected, as expected, according to the setting in 0x608F:001.


When does this behaviour occur?
The behaviour always occurs when changing 0x608F:001 after selecting the TA in 0x4000.

Servo-Inverter i950 FW
 
Short-term measures:
Select 0x608F:001 before selecting the TA in 0x4000 or restart the device, e.g. by switching the mains or via the Restart Device command 0x2022:35 = 1 after changing 0x608F:001 and Save Parameter.
 
Evaluation/recommendations:
The behaviour is detected during the commissioning tests. When the behaviour occurs, the movement is unexpected but controlled.
