Response of the new version:

The label is correctly applied in the recess provided. The SD cards can thus be easily inserted into and removed from the controller.

What happens?

The controller sends a message that no SD card is inserted.
It is difficult to remove the SD card from the controller.

When does this behaviour occur?

The SD card label is not applied in the recess provided. As a result, it may happen that the SD card is not correctly inserted into the controller and it may be difficult to remove the SD card from the controller.

Which products are affected?

SD cards from CW36/2014

c300 controller

3200C controller

p300 panel controller

p500 panel controller

Short-term measures:

Check the position of the label on the SD card and correct it, if necessary.

Evaluation/recommendations:

On some SD cards, the label is not applied in the recess provided. This makes it difficult ot insert and remove the SD card into/from the controller. The function restriction affects both SD cards supplied with the controller and SD cards that can be ordered separately with Application Credit greater than 0.
