Corrected from:
- Servo Inverter 9400 HighLine with firmware V14.08.00 and higher
- Servo Inverter 9400 Servo PLC HighLine with firmware V08.08.00 and higher
Response of the new version:
In the case of a frequency limitation due to dual-use limitation or when the maximum output frequency of 1/8 of the switching frequency is reached, the setpoint speed limitation is indicated, as expected, in the status display:
MI_bLimitationActive = C2569/3 = TRUE
MI_bSpeedSetpointLimited = C2569/5 = TRUE
The corresponding states in the status word of the motor control are, as expected, set to TRUE
What happens?
The variables
- MI_bSpeedSetpointLimited including the corresponding display parameter C2569/5
- MI_bLimitationActive including the corresponding display parameter C2569/3
- and the corresponding states in the status word of the motor control C156
are not set to TRUE, as expected, although the output frequency is limited to 1/8 of the switching frequency or to 599Hz.
When does this behaviour occur?
The behaviour always occurs when limiting the output frequency to 1/8 of the switching frequency or to 599Hz.
Which products are affected?
9400 HighLine all versions
9400 Servo PLC all versions
Note:
A frequency limitation to 599 Hz is only carried out for devices with the type designation E94C... . For the standard types E94A... and E94B... an export license is still required, because the output frequency is not limited to 599 Hz in servo control mode.
Short-term measures:
None
Evaluation/recommendations:
Restricted diagnostics. No functional restrictions, the output frequency is limited, as expected.
