L_CT1P_OnlineIdentStiffMechanics: 'IrThresholdValue' parameter does not work as expected (corrected from V3.14.1)

Response of the new version:
Via 'xValid' output = TRUE, valid values are indicated even if 'lrThresholdValue' is set to the default value of 30 %.
 
 
What happens?
'L_CT1P_OnlineIdentStiffMechanics' FB: 
During operation, valid values are only indicated via the 'xValid' output = TRUE, if 'lrThresholdValue' is set between 99...100 %.
 
When does this behaviour occur?
The behaviour occurs if the 'lrThresholdValue' threshold for the 'L_CT1P_OnlineIdentStiffMechanics' FB is set to a value lower than approx. 98%.
