Short-term measures:
Information on the error numbers not contained in the i700 documentation:
 
0xFF21 (65313) - Brake Timeout Precontrol:
  • Brake control: The selected starting torque for accepting the load during brake release could not be built up within one second.
  • Remedy:
    Check the selected starting torque and the set torque and current limitations and adapt them, if necessary.

0xFF22 (65314) - Speed error occurs:

  • The system deviation of the speed controller has exceeded the error threshold (0x2D51:1, 0x3551:1) at least for a period longer than the minimum error time (0x2D51:2, 0x3551:2).
  • Remedy: 
    - Extend the minimum error time (0x2D51:2, 0x3551:2)
    - Increase the error threshold (0x2D51:1, 0x3551:1)
    - Increase the speed controller gain
    - Increase the max. torque and/or maximum current

0xFF23 (65315) - Position error occurs:

  • The system deviation of the position controller (following error) has exceeded the error threshold (0x2D51:3, 0x3551:3) at least for a period longer than the minimum error time (0x2D51:4, 0x3551:4).
  • Remedy:
    - Extend the minimum error time (0x2D51:4, 0x3551:4)
    - Increase the error threshold (0x2D51:2, 0x3551:2)
    - Increase the position controller gain

0xFF24 (65316) - Sync0 cycle time is invalid:

  • The requested Sync0 cycle time (EtherCAT cycle) is not within the range supported by the device.
  • Remedy:
    - Set the EtherCAT cycle time (Sync0 cycle) to a value in the range of:  125µs <= T <= 10ms

0x6080 (24704) - New firmware is incompatible:

  • Download: The new firmware is incompatible with the firmware on the device. The new firmware has not been accepted.
  • Remedy:
    - Download a compatible firmware version (same main version).
    - If the previous firmware version shall be maintained, just reset the error message.  
Evaluation/recommendations:
Transitionally, this version information provides information on the error numbers not contained in the current documentation.
