Resolver device: Controller can no longer be enabled after changing encoder parameters, fault No 20510 (corrected from V2.10.12)
Corrected from: i700 servo inverter, series devices (V02.x): from V02.10.12.11906
existing devices (V01.x): from V01.10.12.11905
Response of the new version: When using an i700 resolver device, the encoder parameter settings do not have any effects on controller enable.
What happens? The controller shall be enabled (sequence 0x6040 = 6, 7, 15), but instead of being enabled, the controller remains in the "Switched on" state and the "Operation enabled" state is not reached.
Fault message number 20510 (SwitchOnNotPossible) will be displayed.
When does this behaviour occur?
- An i700 resolver device is used and
- the encoder parameters 0x2C40 (0x3440) are set to "Hiperface" and the number of encoder increments is changed after this.
Which products are affected? i700 servo inverter, resolver device
Short-term measures:
When using a resolver device, do not change the Lenze setting of the encoder parameters.
0x2C40 = 1 (sin/cos encoder) or 0x3440 = 1 in case of axis B.
