Response of the new version:
The 'Done' output of the Tracking FB is switched correctly.
 
What happens?
When directly changing over tracking from one conveyor to the next, the 'Done' output may not be switched at the first 'Tracking' FB.
 
When does this behaviour occur?
  • The behaviour occurs when directly changing over from one conveyor to the next and 
  • 'Execute' is already reset before the changeover is started.

Short-term measures:
Evaluate the negated 'Busy' output signal of the 'Tracking' FB instead of the 'Done' output signal.
