Response of the new version:
Executing the 'Delete Machine Module References' context-menu command only deletes the selected machine module instance.
What happens?
All instances of a machine module are deleted.
When does this behaviour occur?
If the 'Delete Machine Module References' context-menu command is used to delete the topmost instance of a machine module in the 'MM_Dcl' global variable list, all subsequent instances of the machine module are deleted.

Do not use the 'Delete Machine Module References' context-menu command to delete a machine module instance.
Evaluation:
If the 'Delete Machine Module References' context-menu command is used to delete a machine module instance, all instances of the corresponding machine module are deleted. The instance can also be deleted in the conventional way.
