L_TT1P_CrossCutter: The master axis must be enabled for TM synchronisation (eliminated from V3.12)

Response of the new version: 
The 'Controller enable' status of the master axis is no longer evaluated in the CrossCutter technology module.

What happens?
The CrossCutter technology module does not synchronise to the master axis.

When does this behaviour occur?
The behaviour occurs if an external encoder is used as master axis.
 
Which products are affected?
L_TT1P_CrossCutter function block from L_TT1P_TechnologyModules_LM library (V3.10.0.8 and higher)
 
Short-term measures:
The master axis must be previously enabled via MC_Power (xRegulatorOn = TRUE). 
  
Evaluation/recommendations:
If the above-described short-term measure is observed, the function will be provided without restrictions. The TM couples the slave axis to the master axis.
