ApplicationTemplate_PackML: Admin.StopReason.ID admin tag returns 0 (corrected from V3.10)

Corrected from:
PLC Designer V3.10
ApplicationTemplate_PackML

Response of the new version:
The L_EATP_Alarm_PackML function block can be used to trigger an alarm with an error response, e.g. 'Stop'. The alarm ID of the alarm can be read out via the Admin.StopReason.ID admin tag. If the alarm is acknowledged, Admin.StopReason.ID will be '0'.

What happens?
The Admin.StopReason.ID admin tag always returns '0'.

When does this behaviour occur?
Always

Which products are affected?
PLC Designer V3.8 and higher
ApplicationTemplate_PackML

Short-term measures:
None

Evaluation/recommendations:
In PLC projects, the Admin.StopReason.ID admin tag is used on the basis of the Application Template PackML. Due to the above function restriction, the Admin tag returns an incorrect value.
