L_MC1P - MC_WriteParameter: 'Persist all data' does not work when changing parameters (corrected from V3.12.0)

Behaviour of the new version:
Modified parameter settings are available after restarting.

 
What happens?
Application parameters which are changed via the 'MC_WriteParameter' FB are not saved fail-safe (persistently).
 
When does this behaviour occur?
The behaviour occurs when calling the device command C18 "Persist all data" after changing parameters via the MC_WriteParameter FB.

                (contained in PLC-Designer)
 
Short-term measures:
Save the changed parameter values in the PLC application and restart the controller before downloading the values.
