Corrected from:
- Library: L_MC4P_RoboticHandling (FAST Motion) V03.12.00.85
(contained in PLC Designer V03.12.00.177 and higher)
Response of the new version:
Traversing within the SW limit positions is now possible.
An error message will only be triggered if the SW limit positions are really overtravelled.
What happens?
During conveyor tracking, a workpiece on the conveyor belt is tracked in the product coordinate system (PCS).
Under certain conditions, the target position is not approached in the PCS. The 'SW limit overtravelled' error message appears although the mechanical workspace was not left when the movement was performed.
When does this behaviour occur?
The described behaviour occurs if there is only a small distance between the initial start position of the workpiece and the SW limit position.
Which products are affected?

(contained in the PLC Designer)
Short-term measures:
Make sure that the start position is as far as possible in the middle of the workspace limited by the SW limit positions.
Evaluation/recommendations:
A short-term remedy is available.
