Hiperface SinCos absolute value encoder: Functionality of monitoring modes has been extended and improved (from V1.7.5)

Function extension:
Now, it is possible to select a reduced sensitivity for the tripping characteristics of the open-circuit monitoring for encoders.
Via the additional parameter (0x2C47:0 / 0x3447:0), the sensitivity can now be reduced from 100% (Lenze setting) to up to 1% .
Here, the setting 0x2C47=100% corresponds to the previous filtering.
With a reduction to 1%, the sensitivity is reduced by a factor of 100.

Effects of a reduced sensitivity:
- The monitoring will only respond in the case of higher interference levels or in the case of correspondingly longer interruptions.

Contained in which products?
- i700 from V01.07.05.10577
- i700 only V01.06.05.10428 (customised version)

Application:
Only in specific applications, if:
- short-time interruptions or feedback faults can be tolerated, and
- a complete operational interruption due to the response of the encoder monitoring is not acceptable.

The function extension goes along with the following alteration concerning Hiperface communication with the absolute value encoder:
- So far, the Hiperface communication has been permanently monitored, even during operation.
- Now, the Hiperface communication is only monitored once after switching on the controller and after removing an encoder open circuit.
