L_TT1P_ElectricalShaftPos: Slave does not traverse to master position when master is at standstill (corrected from V3.12.0)

Corrected from:
L_TT1P_TechnologyModules_SM3 V3.12.0.4

Response of the new version:
The slave axis is declutched smoothly, even when activating xSyncPos = FALSE when the master is at standstill.

What happens?
When the master axis is at standstill, the slave axis does not clutch in.

When does this behaviour occur?
The behaviour occurs when the master axis is at standstill and the distance of the clutch-in motion from the slave axis is set to lrSlaveSyncInDist > 0.

Which products are affected?
L_TT1P_ElectricalShaftPosHigh function block in L_TT1P_TechnologyModules library V3.8.0.23 or higher

Short-term measures:
Position the slave axis to the master position before clutching in. Then use immediate clutching in lrSlaveSyncInDist = 0 to clutch in the slave axis to the master axis.

Evaluation/recommendations:
The ElectricalShaftPosHigh TM does not contain any clutch mode that can be used to clutch in the slave axis steplessly to a master axis at standstill. This clutch function can be implemented as an applicative solution by an interconnection outside the TM.
