What happens?
The touch-probe position is not properly detected with rising and falling TP signal edge although TouchProbeEdge = 3 (evaluation of both TP edges) is selected.
When does this behaviour occur?
The behaviour occurs when selecting continuous measurement (Continuous mode) (TouchProbe mode = 2) and
evaluation of both TP edges (TouchProbeEdge = 3)

Use touch-probe mode with single measurement.
We generally recommend to use the TP mode with single measurement.
