Pole position identification (PPI) with Hiperface absolute value encoder: identified pole position is very imprecise (corrected from V1.5.6)

Corrected from:
- i700 servo inverter V01.05.06.9665

Response of the new version:
The pole position identified during the pole position identification is as exact as expected/required.

What happens?
The pole position identified during the pole position identification (PPI) significantly deviates from the actual pole position (+/-10°).
If necessary, the plausibility monitoring of the PPI will respond.

When does the problem occur?
The problem occurs in the case of a pole position identification (PPI) with feedback via Hiperface SinCos absolute value encoder.

Which products are affected?
- i700 servo inverter ≤ V01.04.00.9125

Short-term measures/recommendations:
None.

Evaluation:
With synchronous motors, large deviations in the pole position information significantly affect the torque generation.
Possibly, the torque required for the application cannot be supplied.
