Response of the new version:
The resolver error compensation parameters (0x2C44.x) are properly accepted and the motor response is as expected, both in the case of manual parameter entry and parameter data import using the Easy Starter.
What happens?
The performance of the motor is not as expected. In the worst case, the motor cannot be operated.
When does the problem occur?
The problem occurs after executing the "Identify resolver compensation" commissioning function and entering the values identified for the parameter 0x2C44.x in the PLC project either by means of manual entry or parameter import using the Easy Starter.
Which products are affected?
- i700 servo inverter ≤ V01.04.00.9125
Short-term measures/recommendations:
Reset all values of the parameter 0x2C44.x to the Lenze setting.
