Response of the new version?
Remaining in the 'Magnetising' status after controller and setpoint enable in the SC-ASM motor control type no longer occurs, even if the C095 magnetising current is set to a value higher than or approximately the same as Imax C022.

8400 HighLine and TopLine: FW version ≤ 13.00.00.00
What is the response?
In spite of controller and setpoint enable with nSet>0, an asynchronous machine remains in SC-ASM in zero speed.
When does the problem occur?
The following conditions must coincide:
· SC-ASM motor control type
· The C095 magnetising current is set to a value higher than or approximately the same as Imax C022
With these conditions it may happen that the 'Magnetisation finished' status is not reached.
Diagnostics options?
If the response described occurs, check whether it is a remedy to increase C022.
Short-term measures/recommendations?
Increase value in C022 and/or reduce start magnetising current in C918.
Evaluation:
The response only occurs in commissioning situations or in the case of a maladjustment of the inverter power with regard to the motor power. The combination of 'Motor does not follow the setpoint' along with remaining in the magnetisation phase is difficult to diagnose.
