8400 StateLine, HighLine and TopLine: FW version >= 13.00.00.00
Response of the new version?
The following setpoint interfaces no longer work in parallel if the PC manual control in the Engineer is used:
- bDeltaPosOn
- dnDeltaPos_p
- nPWMAngleOffset_a
- bSpeedCtrlIOn
- nSpeedCtrlI_a
- bTorquemodeOn
- nTorqueSetValue_a
- nSpeedAdd_v
Which products are affected?
8400 StateLine, HighLine and TopLine: FW version ≤ 13.00.00.00
What is the response?
If it is operated via the PC manual control, the drive rotates although the setpoints from the manual control are zero.
When does the problem occur?
If, during operation via the PC manual control, at the same time non-zero setpoints are specified via the following interfaces:
- dnDeltaPos_p
- nPWMAngleOffset_a
- nSpeedCtrlI_a
- nTorqueSetValue_a
- nSpeedAdd_v
Diagnostics options?
Recording of the actual value and the setpoint by means of the Engineer oscilloscope.
Short-term measures/recommendations?
- The following setpoint interfaces must be maintained at zero or FALSE during the PC manual control:
- bDeltaPosOn
- dnDeltaPos_p
- nPWMAngleOffset_a
- bSpeedCtrlIOn
- nSpeedCtrlI_a
- bTorquemodeOn
- nTorqueSetValue_a
- nSpeedAdd_v
Evaluation:
When controlling the drive via the PC manual control, an unexpected movement may occur. However, the drive follows the setpoints at LS_MotorInterface in a controlled fashion.
