Functional description
From the rated motor frequency set in C089 and the rated motor speed in C087 it is detected automatically whether the machine in question is a synchronous or asynchronous machine. The motor type detected is shown in bit 2 and bit 3 of the MCTRL status C1000.
The number of pole pairs calculated is shown in C969/1.
If the parameterised motor control type C006 does not match the motor type detected, this is indicated by the error Id7: motor control does not match motor data. The monitoring function is only activated at controller enable.
Applications
Automatic adaptation of the motor control to the motor type and monitoring of the plausibility of the motor parameters to the control type selected.
