Extension of the acceleration feedforward control

Which products are affected?
Inverter Drives 8400 StateLine, HighLine, and TopLine from firmware version 12.00.00.00

Functional description
The differential setpoint feedforward control for the feedforward control of an acceleration torque has been extended by the following function:
• Noise suppression: Adjustable signal sensitivity for the speed to be differentiated via C653/1
• Separation of the moment of inertia into the moment of inertia of the motor C273 and the load moment of inertia C919/1. The adaptation via LS_MotorInterface.nInertiaAdapt_a only has an impact on the value from C919/1.
• Alternative input LS_MotorInterface.nSpeedSetValueInertia for the selection of a setpoint speed which is differentiated to generate the acceleration. Via this path, an external setpoint (winder) or a setpoint speed without angle controller impact can be differentiated.
The feedforward control can be used in the servo control modes and in the SLVC vector control (also in the StateLine).

Applications
Axes with a dynamic movement which use the acceleration feedforward control.
