If the Engineer is connected to the 9400 via the EtherCAT ADS communication path, the parameter set can be read correctly from the device.
What happens?
During the upload of the parameter set, the error message 'Error while reading a segment!' sporadically occurs in the Engineer. The transmission of the data has failed.
When does the problem occur?
If the Engineer is connected to the device via the EtherCAT ADS communication path and the parameter set is to be read from the device.
