Mains phase failure detection can be triggered causelessly (eliminated from V5.0 onwards)

Eliminated from:
StateLine / HighLine with firmware version V05.01 or higher

Behaviour of the new version?
The error message only occurs if a mains phase has really failed

Which products are affected?
8400 StateLine / HighLine with FW < 05.01

What happens?
Logbook entries indicating that the controller is inhibited and the drive status has changed to Fault if the mains phase failure detection was configured as Fault.

When does the problem occur?
When a great amount of energy is absorbed from the DC bus, e.g. during fast acceleration processes or load alternation.

Possible diagnostics?
Measure the voltage at the supply terminals when the error has occurred.

Short-term measures / recommendations?
Deactivate mains phase failure detection or configure as Warning (C0565).

Evaluation:
In the default setting, the mains phase failure detection is configured as Warning. If the error is triggered causelessly, operation is continued, 'incorrect' warnings are displayed and entered into the Logbook.
