With regard to the static PDO mapping of 8400 frequency inverters via CAN bus an EDS file is provided on the Lenze Application Knowledge Base (AKB). The EDS file can be used as of the version mentioned above. It provides the control with four defined words in the respective process input and process output.
In addition a receive PDO simulation of the physical CAN bus has been created. For that purpose the changeover of the receive PDOs (L-C00408 = 1: ParC409) is activated. As a result, the 4 input words for each of the 3 receive PDOs can be selected.
The EDS file included in Engineer version 2.9 cannot be used.
