Max current error cannot be reset in operating mode V/f with encoder (remedied from V3.0 onwards)

Remedied from:
8400 StateLine  SW V3.0 onwards

Behaviour of the new version?
The above-named software version rectifies this functional restriction.

Which products are affected?
8400 StateLine  SW ≤ V2.0

What happens?
The 'Max Current' error, error number 01.0123.00030, cannot be reset even if no overcurrent is flowing.

When does the problem occur?
The behaviour occurs when the operating modes VFCplus: V/f linear + encoder (C0006 = 7) or VFCplus: V/f quadr + encoder (C0006 = 9) are selected and the 'Max Current' error is triggered by overcurrent.

Possible diagnostics?
Check the error number (C0165/1) and the set operating mode (C0006).

Short-term measures/recommendations?
Follow the procedure below to reset the error:

1. Set the operating mode to V/f without encoder, i.e. VFC plus: V/f linear (C00006 = 6) or VFC plus: V/f quadr (C00006 = 8)
2. Reset the error
3. Reset the operating mode to the original setting
Evaluation:
Under normal conditions, the 'Max Current' error does not occur while the machine is running. When the commissioning phase has been completed, this error more likely indicates that there are irregularities in the system or the mechanical components are running more roughly.

If a 'Max Current' error occurs while the machine is running, resetting of the error is more complicated for the machine operator. The fact that the error cannot be reset as expected can therefore easily be misinterpreted by the user as a defect of the device.

8400 HighLine is not affected by this malfunction.
