Selecting the FIF-CAN object for L_ParRead and L_ParWrite

Function description
Under code C2470 is can be set if the function blocks L_ParRead and L_ParWrite shall communicate via an unused FIF-CAN PDO (C2470=0, default setting) or via the unused FIF-CAN SDO 2 (C2470=1).
The operating principle of code C2470 corresponds to the one of code C2118 for the onboard system bus interface.

Applications
The function blocks L_ParRead and L_ParWrite of the LenzeDrive.lib library serve for parameter communication purposes. When these blocks are used a SDO channel should normally be reserved for them. Thanks to code C2470 an unused PDO channel instead of a SDO channel is used. As a result, both SDO channels of the FIF-CAN interface can still be used.
