CAN sync time must be > 1 ms (remedied from V2.0)

Remedied from?
9400 HighLine SW V2.0

Eliminated function restriction
The CAN SYNC signal can now be reset to 1 ms (e. g. in the same cycle as the process data).

Which products are affected?
9400 HighLine SW ≤ V1.5

What happens?
Synchronicity of the device cycle is lost...

When does the problem occur?
… if the sync signals are transferred in a 1 ms cycle.

Possible diagnostics?
In synchronous operation with setpoint transfers via the CAN bus, torque impulses with a duration of 1 ms occur. Depending on the controller settings and the background noise, these can be noticed as clicks in the drive.
In measurements, you can determine a loss of synchronicity by the drifting of the toggle bits of two axes.

Short-term measures/recommendations?
Set a CAN sync transmission cycle time C00369/1 t > 1 ms.

Evaluation
Non-critical, since you only have to set the sync time > 1 ms. Data can still be transferred in a 1 ms cycle.
