Eliminated from:
9300 vector 0.37…90 kW SW V7.2 and
9300 vector 110…400 kW SW V7.1
Behaviour of the new version?
Operation in vector control mode with feedback now also enables processing a determined torque limit at MCTRL-HI-M-LIM or MCTRL-LO-M-LIM below 5 %. The cause for sudden changes in torque has been eliminated.
The torque setting range in the case of vector control mode with speed feedback is still 1:20.
Which products are affected?
9300 vector 0.37 … 90 kW SW ≤ V7.1 and
9300 vector 110…400 kW SW ≤ V7.0
What happens?
Operation in vector control mode with speed feedback can lead to sudden changes in torque when the torque is limited to MCTRL-HI-M-LIM or MCTRL-LO-M-LIM < 5 %.
Possible diagnostics?
Recording the current torque MCTRL-MACT, e. g. by means of the oscilloscope function in the Global Drive Control.
Short-term measures/recommendations?
Increasing the torque limit MCTRL-HI-M-LIM or MCTRL-LO-M-LIM to values ≥ 5 %.
Evaluation:
In the case of operation in vector control mode with speed feedback the typical maximum possible torque setting range is 1:20. Consequently, a torque limitation > 5 % is already outside the described expendable operating features.
