Which products are affected?
8200vector (SW 3.5), 8200motec (SW 3.5)
What happens?
If a parameter set changeover is performed with a parameterised flying restart circuit, the new setpoints are not accepted by the inverter because the inverter is blocked from the software side. This behaviour occurs in vector control mode and V/f characteristic control mode.
When does the problem occur?
The problem occurs if a parameter set changeover is performed when the flying restart circuit function is active.
Possible diagnostics?
The keypad or GDC can be used to establish whether the drive is no longer responding to setpoint changes. Codes C0050 and C0051 do not indicate a change of output frequency.
Short-term measures/recommendations?
Avoid using the 'Flying restart circuit' function or the 'Parameter set changeover' function.
Evaluation:
This erroneous behaviour is a function restriction in the device software, and can only be prevented by deactivating a function. This behaviour is detected during commissioning, since the drive no longer responds to software changes.
