What happens?
In engaged status the input positions L_CamClutchXAxis.dnSetPosition_p and the output position L_CamClutchXAxis.dnPosOut_p are shifted by up to ±6 increments.
When does the problem occur?
The problem occurs when the clutch is activated and closed (L_CamClutchXAxis.bOpen = FALSE, L_CamClutchXAxis.bEnable = TRUE).
Possible diagnostics?
The behaviour can be detected in case of activated and closed coupling by comparison of the input and output position. The problem also occurs in the Cam template, as the function block L_CamClutchXAxis is used.
Short-term measures/recommendations?
No.
Evaluation:
As the shift between input and output position is slight (±6 increments), in practice it has no consequences.
