Eliminated function restriction
If an external master value is selected as velocity signal (e.g. digital frequency selection via X9), the position is also generated in the cam template if the servo controller is inhibited. The only condition required for the correct generation of the master position is that the external master speed is selected as master source (g_bVertShaftExtEnable = TRUE, g_bTypeOfVertShaftExt = TRUE).
