Lenze FAST: Recovery of a FAST Application Credit license in the field

Is it possible to restore a FAST Application Credit license which was accidentally deleted from the SD card which was delivered to a customer?

     Answer:

Yes, you may be able to recover an accidentally deleted FAST Application Credit license yourself. For this purpose it is not necessary to send in the SD card.

The procedure of the repair depends on the Lenze device used and is described in the linked documents below:

     Please proceed as follows:

Open the support page

Enter the material and serial number of the SD card:

  • The material and serial number is printed as a numerical sequence and Data Matrix Code on the label of the SD card.
  • You can type them in or scan them with your smartphone or tablet using the scan function of the support page.

Select the service support request.

  • Enter the text "Restore FAST Application Credit license" as the "Subject".
  • In the "Message" field, write "Please restore the FAST Application Credit license for my SD card". The material and serial number displayed in the "Message" field can remain.

Provide the deviceinfo.txt file and a photo of the SD card:

  • You will find the deviceinfo.txt file on the SD card of your device. If not, you will find help in the documents linked above.
  • Upload the files in the form as attachments.

Enter the contact information:

  • Please enter the contact details of the company and contact person in the form.
  • Submit the form.

After processing the request, you will receive a ticket number.
