9400 with SM301 - Automatic activation of safely-limited speed and safety door monitoring with interlock - performance level e

Function:
As soon as the motor falls below the speed limit set in C00019, the safety door interlock is opened. This activates the SLS monitoring in the SM301.
As soon as the speed threshold set in C00019 is exceeded, the safety door is locked again. If the door is properly locked, the SLS monitoring is deactivated again in the SM301 and the motor can accelerate beyond the SLS limit again.

 

It is possible to open the safety door interlock with a non-safe output of the basic device and to evaluate the status by the safety module. In this way, the safe output of the SM301 can be used for further functions.
