Question:
How can a 8200 motec/vector with two digital pulses be controlled in a way that a start-stop-operation is possible?
Answer:
Example:
- V/f operation
- E1: Start (normally-open contact)
- E2: Stop (normally closed contact)
- Setpoint selection e. g. via a fixed setpoint (NSET1-Jog1 = C2037)
Parameter setting based on the Lenze default setting:
Parameter set 1 (PAR1):
C0013 = 5 s; Deceleration time e. g. 5 s
C0037 = 0 Hz; NSET1-Jog1 value to stop
C0410/1 = 3; NSET1-Jog1 connected to E3 digital input
C0410/13 = 1; DCTRL1-PAR2/4 connected to E1 digit input
C0411 = 4; E3 digital input inverted
Parameter set 2 (PAR2):
C2012 = 5 s; Acceleration time e. g. 5 s
C2037 = 40 Hz; NSET1-Jog1 value as fixed setpoint
C2410/1 = 3; NSET1-Jog1 connected to E3 digital input
C2410/13 = 2; DCTRL1-PAR2/4 connected to E2 digit input
C2411 = 4; E3 digital input inverted
Function:
- With a HIGH pulse to E1 (normally-open contact) the controller switches to PAR2, accelerates to JOG1 (creation with E3 inverted) with acceleration time under C2012.
- With a LOW pulse to E2 (normally closed contact) the controller switches to PAR1, decelerates to 0 Hz (creation with E3 inverted) with deceleration time under C0013.
- The digital output A1, the relay K1 and the analog output 62 are available as status information, e. g. for display devices.
