Error occurs while saving the Import/Export options file in the “Import and Export Options” window
The export operation fails with the following error message:
The option 'Refactoring' which should be exported could not be found.

Conditions under which the behavior occurs:
1. Launch PLC Designer v4.1..
2. Create a **new project**.
3. Select the controller **C550** during project creation.
4. Configure and assign a valid active IP address to the controller (e.g., `10.255.184.191`).
5. Navigate to **Tools → Import and Export Options**.
6. Select the **“Export selected options” ** radio button.
7. In the options list, select the following:
* Device Editor
* Device Repositories and Download
* FBD, LD and IL Editor
* Library Repositories and Unmanaged Library Mapping
* Refactoring
* SFC Editor
8. Provide a file path (for example: `C:\New folder\Test.options.xml`).
9. Click **OK** to export.
