Structured PLC variables from IEC libraries display their type information consistently in the OPC UA type model.

Functional restrictions:
OPC UA type definition of types from IEC libraries are displayed in the browser name as follows:
PLC Designer V3.x with a "." notation, e.g. Application.L_MC1P.L_MC1P_ProfileParameter

PLC Designer V4.0 with a "#" notation, e.g. Application.L_MC1P#L_MC1P_ProfileParameter

PLC Designer V4.1 with a "." notation, e.g. Application.L_MC1P#L_MC1P_ProfileParameter

Compatibility with earlier versions:
Is restored with PLC Designer >= V4.1
