Description of behavior: When trying to use a text list in a visualization as 'Dynamic text', the drop-down selection of created text lists does not appear.
Conditions under which the behavior occurs: New text lists created with the PLC Designer have the property 'Download by application'. Text lists with this property are not displayed in the drop-down selection for dynamic texts in the visualization.

Short-term measures, Recommendations, Rating:
Manually enter the name of the desired text list in the 'Text list' field.
Change the 'Download by' property to the value 'Visualization'. This will display the drop-down selection again.
