i950ES/i750ES/i750AS: Commissioning manual: Status parameter set (0x2115:001) incompletely documented

Description of the behavior:
If the drive controller cannot be enabled during commissioning or when starting the inverter, the safety device may still be in the STO state. The safe parameter set may be preventing the release. The current status of the safe parameter set is displayed in index 0x2115:001. Possible remedial measures are not currently described in the commissioning manual.

The attached document with the possible remedies can be used to help resolve problems with the safe parameter set.
