Description of the behavior:
When opening an existing project with L-force Engineer, an exception error of the type 'System.IO.IOException' may occasionally occur and the project cannot then be edited.
Conditions under which the behavior occurs:
The error behavior may occasionally occur if the project file is also mirrored to another storage location using a synchronization tool. (e.g. Microsoft OneDrive)

Short-term measure, recommendations, evaluation:
Copy the project to a non-synchronized folder and delete the backup folder there manually (please ensure that a copy of the project is available beforehand). The project should now be able to be opened again without errors.
