L_TW2P_WinderDancer: Incorrect value for diameter holding function for xLineVelDiamCalc = TRUE (eliminated from V3.32.0)

Fixed as of:
Library L_TW2P_TechModulesWindingTraversing (from V3.32.0)
(Update via EASY Package Manager)

Behaviour of the new version:
The parameter scPar.xLineVelDiamCalc is evaluated for the function Hold Diameter. If the setting scPar.xLineVelDiamCalc = FALSE, the input lrSetLineVel is used. If the setting scPar.xLineVelDiamCalc = TRUE, the input lrSetLineVelDiamCalc is used.

Description of the behavior:

The technology modules L_TW2P_WinderDancerCtrlState and L_TW2P_WinderTensionCtrlState have the function to hold the diameter calculator. The diameter is held if the lines fall below the threshold value scPar.lrMInLineVel.

In the present error case, the diameter is not held even though the line speed has fallen below the threshold value.

Conditions under which the behavior occurs:

  • The parameter for the diameter calculation is set as follows:  scPar.xLineVelDiamCalc = TRUE. This means that the input lrSetLineVelDiamCalc is used for the diameter calculator.

Short-term measures, Recommendations, Rating:
Depending on the setting of the parameter scPar.lrMInLineVel parameter, the lrSetLineVel input is always used to calculate the diameter. With the setting scPar.lrMInLineVel = TRUE, the behavior is incorrect.
The diameter calculation can also be held with the input xHoldDiam = TRUE. This makes it possible to hold the diameter from the application and use this function as a short-term measure.
